Fast, Accessible, Genetics-Focused Liquid Biopsy
Ultra-sensitive multiplex mutation detection on existing PCR infrastructure.
Enabling Faster, affordable and accessible cancer testing
The Actionability Gap in Cancer Care
Cancer treatment increasingly depends on timely molecular information. Yet current liquid biopsy approaches are often too costly, too centralized, or too limited for frequent use throughout the patient journey.
Why Infiniplex
Ultra-Sensitive
Mutation detection down to 0.01% VAF
Multiplex
Multiple actionable mutations in a single PCR workflow
Accessible
Designed for standard PCR infrastructure available worldwide
Actionable Molecular Insights. Within Hours
Rapid, mutation-specific insights designed to support precision oncology decisions
In a Nutshell
Infiniplex is a deep-tech precision oncology company developing advanced liquid biopsy solutions for precision oncology. Its core platform, InfiniplexDX, is designed to enable rapid, sensitive and accessible mutation detection.
By combining proprietary, ultra-high-performance primer design with widely available PCR infrastructure, InfiniplexDX enables rapid, highly sensitive and specific detection of target mutations in blood and urine samples.
These molecular insights can support better-informed treatment decisions while reducing reliance on invasive tissue biopsies and the associated risks, limitations and technical challenges.
Our multidisciplinary team combines scientific excellence, clinical relevance and a shared commitment to making precision oncology more accessible.
Advanced Mutation Detection on Standard PCR
InfiniplexDx combines proprietary molecular-switch chemistry with software-supported signal interpretation to enable sensitive, specific, and multiplex detection of clinically relevant cancer mutations in liquid biopsy samples.
The platform is designed to run on standard PCR instruments, enabling faster and more accessible molecular testing without the need for sequencing infrastructure.
How the Technology Works
layer 1:
Molecular-Switch Chemistry
Proprietary PCR primers engineered with thermodynamic precision. Our ultra-high-specificity primer architecture maximizes thermodynamic discrimination to selectively amplify rare mutant alleles while suppressing wild-type amplification, enabling detection of a single mutant molecule among 1,000–10,000 wild-type molecules.
Layer 2:
Algorithmic Deciphering
Advanced computational algorithms analyze complex multiplex PCR data – deconvolving overlapping fluorescent signatures to detect single-digit mutant molecules amid wild-type excess. Software-supported signal processing that extracts meaning from the noise.
Five Priority Clinical Indications
Infiniplex is advancing InfiniplexDx across five priority clinical indications:
NMIBC -non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer, MDS -myelodysplastic syndromes, PDAC-pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, CRC-colorectal cancer, and NSCLC – non-small cell lung cancer.
These indications were selected based on clinical need, mutation-panel relevance, testing frequency, and their potential to benefit from faster, more accessible molecular insights.
Market Opportunity Across Five Priority Clinical Indications
Worldwide TAM by indication
